Programs Board of Directors Parents Volunteers History				Board of Directors KEEN is a volunteer-run, nonprofit -- 501(c)(3) --organization headquartered in the Washington, DC area. A Board of Directors comprised of parents, volunteers, and members of the community directs KEEN’s operations. The Board of Directors for KEEN USA works to see that the affiliates are achieving KEEN’s mission and standards. KEEN USA’s Board is chaired by KEEN founder Elliott Portnoy, and has at least one representative from each affiliate. Like it’s affiliate Boards, KEEN USA’s board is comprised of a combination of volunteers, parents and members of the community.
