KEEN YOUNG ADULTS
There are three KEEN programs for young adults: KEEN Sports, KEEN Fit and KEEN Bowling.

The Sports program takes place twice a month at Tilden Middle School in North Bethesda, Md. After a group warm-up, the young adult athletes and their coaches spend just over an hour playing basketball, soccer, jump ropes, scooters, and more. Orientation for first-time volunteers begins at 2:30 p.m., and experienced coaches are asked to come at 3 p.m. The session ends at 4:45 p.m.

The Fit program is held once a month at Washington Sports Clubs in Chevy Chase Pavillion in D.C. Volunteers should arrive at 1:40 p.m. for a brief orientation. The session ends at 3 p.m.
