				Estee R. Portnoy As Co-Founder of KEEN USA with her husband Elliott Portnoy, Estee is actively involved as a National Board Member and as chair of the Development Committee. In addition to her work with KEEN, Estee serves as Vice President of Marketing & Client services for Jump DC, where she oversees day to day strategic marketing and planning, public relations, and all business ventures for Michael Jordan. In this capacity, she has worked extensively with companies such as Nike, Gatorade, Upper Deck, Oakley, Wilson, MCI, Warner Brothers, Hanes and others to manage Michael Jordan’s promotions, licensing, media, and advertising campaigns. Estee currently serves on the National Advisory Council for the Make - A - Wish Foundation, and she is the Chair of the Board of Directors for BBYO (B’nai B’rith Youth Organization). Her dedication and commitment to humanitarianism and community service have earned her several awards including being honored as Jewish Women International’s "Women to Watch" in 2009. An honors graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. degree in Marketing, Estee received an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Maryland. A native of New Castle, Pennsylvania, Estee currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband, Elliott, and their three children, Joshua, Noah and Daniela. Back to Board of Directors.
