Lori Holland

Lori is a licensed patent attorney who focuses on complex intellectual property litigation, including the representation of companies in patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and trade secret litigation. She also counsels clients on various transactional matters, including software/technology licensing and transfer agreements, joint development agreements, open source licensing compliance, university collaborations, IP due diligence, and opinions regarding patent validity and infringement. Before becoming an attorney, Lori was an engineer with Honeywell. She joined the Board in October 2019 after attending a KEEN SF fundraising event and immediately connecting with KEEN’s mission.
