Ms. Sankaran began volunteering with KEEN before it was a national organization, co-chaired major fund-raising events, served on the Board of Directors and was a founding board member of KEEN USA, where she served as Secretary and sat on the Executive Committee for over a decade.

Ms. Sankaran earned a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
